Step one

Paste the advert.

The whole thing. Title, salary, employer, the lot. We read the occupation code the employer would have to file you under, whether it is open to new applicants, your own salary floor as a new entrant, and whether they hold a Skilled Worker licence.

Step two, once a job clears

Does your CV back it up?

We still have the advert from step one, so this is not a general CV review. We take that employer’s own requirements, line by line, and check what your CV actually evidences against each one. Where it does not, we say so plainly rather than giving you a score.

  • Read by meaning, not keywords. It knows that leading a team of six answers a request for line management, and that a tool sitting in your skills list is not the same as having used it.
  • Requirement by requirement. Not a score out of ten. Which of the advert's asks you have evidenced, and which you have not.
  • An ATS-ready CV to download. Built from your own words, targeted at this advert. Nothing invented.

The upload appears above once a job comes back worth applying for. There is no point reading your CV for a job that could never sponsor you whatever it says.
